Current masters student in Business Administration ,I hold a BA degree in Communication and information sciences, I am seeking for a management or collaboration position which i have about 9 years of experience, with possibilities to work in the communication and information, administration fields.

In order to increase my professional experience and scope of work.

I have strong skills in office mangement , program management, information mangement , project implementation.I am also organized, consistent and very good at training/teaching and learning from others.

With a good team work sense, while able to sole carry out tasks and work under pressure while maintaining attention to details which is one of the assets that permitted me to positively contribute to my operationnal efficiency.

• Facilitated prosthetic devices and services for over 300 landmine survivors, while also assisting their families in accessing economic support
• Trained in business management to enhance skills and knowledge in the field
• Presented a comprehensive report on disability and inclusion challenges in the coffee sector at the Specialty Coffee Association conference in Boston, MA
• Identified and assisted more than 200 landmine survivors in the Lake Kivu shore area over a 4-year program period, providing trainings, donations, and socioeconomic reinsertion support
• Established the VMA association through leadership and management trainings, with over 70 active members in the eastern DRC
• Cultivated partnerships with stakeholders in conflict-affected coffee growing communities to support landmine victim assistance
• Conducted regular self-advocacy trainings for VMA members and engaged partners in victim assistance efforts
• Facilitated job placements and training opportunities for over 50 individuals with disabilities to improve their economic prospects
• Promoted the value and inclusion of people with disabilities in communities and revitalized their participation in the coffee industry
• Established 2 boat businesses within the Lake Kivu Alliance to enhance social and economic conditions in the region
• Provided assistance to cleft patients in accessing free cleft services to improve their quality of life
