This responsibility involved the management of all legal matters in a general sense. Starting with the supervision and execution of public procurement, human resources and compliance procedures for a donor based in Germany in Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Somalia to support three local non-profit associations. Most of my tasks involved supervision, as well as the organization and management of training sessions to improve the supply capacity of the various partners' staff, as well as the capacity of the beneficiary structures and potential bidders. In addition to ensuring the correct interpretation of the internal laws of each country, I was responsible for the drafting, monitoring, negotiation and management of the organization's assets in these three countries. The project had a budget of 8 (eight) million euros. - Managed regional procurement team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of materials.
