III. Management of Electronic Flight Bag (aircraft e-library on Boeing Domain 3, Jepp FD ) by auditing aircraft library, creating parts (manuals & Airport maps) for 787 fleet and fixing and replacing iPad holders on board 737 & E190 Fleet.

IV. Providing Technical Support for Pilots by planning, preparation and execution of non-scheduled flights which include Charter, ferry and delivery flights by application of overflight and landing permits, route planning and preparation of airway charts and other relevant documents.

V. Providing technical support to Operations Control and Flight Dispatchers by reviewing and updating NOTAMS, Special flight permits, overflight and landing permits and operational Documents.
