• Reviewing MOMs, agreements related to joint ventures, EPC, O&M for new bids, etc.
• Certifying Subcontractor Invoices.
• Review and submission of invoices to the client.
• Reviewing inward and outward correspondences, letters, as per the contract agreement to the Client and Sub-Contractors.
• Organizing training sessions for the Planning Department team members, thereby improving employee efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and maintain reports related to cash flow, and present them to regulatory authorities through the Finance Department.
• Implementing cost control methods to monitor cash flow, resulting in improved cash utilization.
• Analyzing labor and equipment productivity, and releasing monthly, weekly, and daily corrective measures and schedules.
• Implement Activity/WBS-based costing (ABC) and earned value management techniques to have better control on the project.
• Submit EOT claims (with delay analysis) to the client and subcontractor.
• Extensive domain experience in project Planning with comprehensive knowledge in the following industries: Oil & Gas Projects, Transmission and Distribution Industry, Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine & Hydro Turbine Power Plants, Sea Water Intake & Wastewater Treatment Plants, Lignite Mining Industry, Copper Mining & Processing Industry
