  As part of Infrarose’s leadership role in the $500 million modernization of Kinshasa–N’djili International Airport, conducted in partnership with the U.S. architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), I played a key role in procurement operations supporting this large‑scale infrastructure project.
• This project aims to transform N’djili Airport into a modern regional and international aviation hub, increasing its annual passenger capacity to 5 million travelers and aligning the facility with international aviation safety and operational standards.
