

A M.D Doctorate Degree, Master of Public Health, Master Degree in Humanitarian’s Project Management (France), University certificate for Nutrition sensitive and specifics projects management, Over 23 years of experience including 16 years in the humanitarian context in developing and conflict-ridden countries. I have been acting as MD, Officer, manager, coordinator, PC, advisor, acting HoM Experience in disease surveillance, field epidemiology and successful management of outbreaks such as cholera, measles, yellow fever, polio, Covid-19 and MPOX in several humanitarian contexts (refugees, IDPs, floods victims) as well as in development context like Chad, Nigeria, DRC ; and also providing capacity building in link with preventable/Communicable diseases surveillance, attend regular coordination meetings with all the partners ; Sound experience in Leading project opening and the phase out process of humanitarian programme response in Health, Nutrition, food security, and Education sectors in multiple field sites, focused on the handover of programme activities, staff contracts termination, projects and awards close out, partnerships close out, close out risk management, with SCI in CAR and with MSF in Zimbabwe. Leadership experience in International Development and Humanitarian Response in Africa especially in CAR, Chad, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Mali. Proven experience in providing management leadership in all aspects: programmatic, financial and administrative, ensuring alignment of the programmes with national and international standards; Long experience in leading international projects and programs in the health sector: UNHCR’s Health/Nutrition/HIV and WASH Programme in Burundi for Congolese refugees and IDPs; IMC’s Primary Health Care and Reproductive health, Nutrition Program (CMAM), Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) for Darfurian refugees and Chadian IDPs; Emergency polio response project in Chad, HIV and MDRTB specific programme in Zimbabwe. Nutrition specific programme management with IRC in refugee camps and host population etc. Proven expertise in developing strategies, action plans and in providing training in public health, nutrition, reproductive health to staff health workers and partners; Proposals and concept paper writing. Experience in managing projects founded by PRM, UNHCR, UNICEF, ECHO, BMGF, CERF, WFP, OFDA, WHO, USAID, DFID, EUROPAID, MSF etc. Proficiency in English and French
